Track and Field: Jayden Sawyer
Inducted: 29 February 2020
Jayden Sawyer is an Australian para athlete having been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at the age of two and undergoing numerous operations along the way. He became a world champion and world record holder in the F38 Javelin Throw. He credits athletics with assisting him with his disability and learning to understand his body.

Track and Field: Lauren Boden
Inducted: 29 February 2020
Lauren Boden is a former little athlete and nine-time national 400m hurdles champion and dual Olympian. In addition to being an elite athlete, Lauren is a passionate supporter of Little Athletics and an exceptional ambassador and role model who continues to inspire the next generation of athletes.
Criteria
Track and Field
- Any ex athlete who has represented Australia in track and field at the following international events:
- World Championship – Senior and/or Junior;
- Olympic Games;
- Commonwealth Games; and
- Any other major international competition recognised by the Board or
- Internationally e.g., Good Will Games
- Eligibility is not restricted by age or gender
- Ideally athletes must have competed for at least three seasons in Corroboree (Little) Athletics
- A Nominee can still be competing in the sport
Sportsperson
- Any ex athlete who has represented their chosen sport at the highest level of competition that their sport offers
- Eligibility is not restricted by age or gender
- Ideally athletes must have competed for at least three seasons in Corroboree (Little) Athletics
- The nominee can still be competing in their chosen sport
Volunteer
- This category includes coaches, officials, administrators, and anyone else who in the Committee’s view has made or have made an outstanding contribution to Little Athletics.
Achiever
- Any ex athlete who has achieved in a non-sport related endeavour.
- This includes but is not limited to Business, Arts, Entertainment, Politics, etc.
- Eligibility is not restricted by age or gender
- Ideally athletes must have competed for at least three seasons in Corroboree (Little) Athletics
