The ACT Combined Events Championships were held at the AIS on the weekend and a small but competitive group of our Corroboree athletes competed with aplomb.

• U11 boys Tetrathlon – James Stein – 3rd overall (2nd ACT)
• U12 boys Tetrathlon – Lachlan Stevens – 2nd overall (1st ACT)
• U14 boys Pentathlon – Isaac Cooper – 1st overall
• U14 LAA boys Pentathlon – Henry Martin – 4th overall (3rd ACT)
• U14 LAA boys Pentathlon – Luke Peek – 5th overall (4rd ACT)
• U16 girls Heptathlon – Mia Zasiadczyk – 11th overall (4th ACT)

There were individual events also offered and Ana Boshier, Reuben Leslie, Amalie Leslie and Emily Henderson-Allard acquitted themselves well.

When this event is offered next season (with hopefully a lot more notice) it would be great to get a large Corroboree contingent out there competing in these events. Fun was had by all those competing.
