The ACT Race and Fitness Walking Club is holding coaching clinics for Little Athletics club members.

Come along if you are:

• Interested in learning more about race walking.
• Thinking of competing in the Walks at the Little Athletics ACT Championship Carnival.

The clinic aims to:

Help you to understand the rules of race walking.
Provide guidance on the race walking technique.
Teach you race walking drills
The clinic will be led by ACT Walkers club members and accredited athletics coaches Mark Worrall and Matt Griggs. The clinic will also be an opportunity to meet other walkers including ACT and Australian Junior Champions.

Clinic Times

Southside: 5:30pm Monday 12 March – Kambah Oval (Kett St, next to Burns Club)

Northside: 5:30pm Wednesday 14 March – Cook Oval (Biffin St)
